I can't understand the negative reviews at all. We were warmly welcomed, the room was a delight and breakfast was fantastic. More

We booked two nights for a short break in order to visit the Southwold, Wroxham/Cromer and Norwich areas of Suffolk and Norfolk. The ambiance is friendly and welcoming, the breakfasts truly are great and set one up for the day. The hosts are helpful and very approachable. The overall effect is one of 'feeling at home'. We concur with all... More

Simon runs a pig farm and his wife Bobby runs the Band B in their stunning Victorian farmhouse. It is appropriately decorated and furnished with Bobby's fabulous collection of oriental rugs on the wooden floors. Our room had a huge kingsize bed, with pristine white bedlinen, views of their lovely garden, full tea and coffee making facilities and even the... More

Greeted with a lovely welcome despite being late and very wet from the downpour outside. Lovely room with very comfy bed and excellent chairs and sofa, good drinks available in the room and good shower. Breakfast was great, excellent fruit both fresh and compote followed by excellent bacon and sausages, even a choice of scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Helpful... More

Earsham Park Farm was a real find. The farm house was both interesting and very comfortable. Proprietor Bobbie is businesslike but friendly, exactly what you want, and cooked great breakfasts. We slept really well in the four poster (Duck Pond room) because the house is sufficiently far from the road to be very quiet. We liked eating breakfast at a... More

Great Breakfast in beautiful surroundings ( I'm happy to talk to people in the morning). Hostess couldn't have been more helpful, including to our 3 children. For those who didn't like the environment I guess the clue was in the name - f.a.r.m.!! More

Enjoyed 3 nights on the lovely working farm and took advantage of the lovely walks, liked the idea of the farmhouse breakfast table where guests all sit together and met some lovely people, the gardens were full of wildlife all day and the twittering birds feeding on the bird table below our room was delightful, the room itself was rather... We spent 3 nights at this B and B. The room was spacious ( we stayed in the "cow shed") and provided lots of storage space. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Also the accommodation was very clean and well maintained. The room looked over the garden and we had fantastic views of all the birds on the feeders.... More

Lovely farm, lovely room, lively hosts. Breakfasts were great. Service perfect. We had the Duck Pond room. A working farm with hardworking hosts, Bobbie & Simon & family (including the dog). Try it. Get Bobbie to give you a briefing on the life of a UK farmer. For eats, try the Castle Inn in Bungay. More
