Wonderful hotel with awesome staff. If you travel in the off season there is nothing to do in the area. A short drive to Montreal gets you in the action. The room was great, free breakfast was top notch, a plate full of eggs, toast, fresh fruit, a muffin, and some cheese with juice or coffee. Best use of this... More

With our need to drive from NYC to Montreal, we planned to cross into Canada around 11pm. The Best Western Hotel Saint Bernard is perfectly situated almost walking distance from the border crossing. (The Canadian Officer at customs correctly advised to go to the 3rd stop sign as we negotiated the high security border area, make a right and a... More

I stayed here on August 9 and 10. Checked in around 9 pm and went very smoothly. You don't save any money buying your tickets with the "package" You have to drive over to your room in a separate building unless you are staying in a "suite". The front door is unlocked at all times, so anyone can go walk... More

This Hotel had all we were looking for. It had easy connect free Wifi, continental breakfast and a very clean room. The design is more residential in construction but that was not an issue. We stayed over night after our drive so that we could visit Parc Safari the following morning. Everything went off without a hitch. Great room, slept... More

Hubby and I stayed at this hotel on Friday, July, 26th for one night because we were going to visit the Parc Safari on the following day. We arrived around 9:00 pm, check-in was not a problem - we were given room 112. The rooms are in a separate building from the main lobby and restaurant. We were notified by... More

Our family decided to go to Canada for Memorial Day weekend, and at the last minute, decided to leave Friday afternoon to start the drive up north. We chose this hotel based on trip advisor reviews and proximity to the Canadian border-literally feet from it! Our room had a kitchenette and two queen beds, and was spotless. It was in... More

We were quite pleased the first time that we stayed at that hotel. However, things have since changed dramatically. The room that we were given at check-in was a mess and it had not been cleaned. They gave us another room after we made several trips in the pouring rain to the front desk (the first room was across from... More

I stayed at this hotel on February 2nd. It is their slow season and the staff is at its minimum level. The regular rooms unit is about 300 feet walking distance from the reception/restaurant area. My room was clean and satisfactorily appointed for this type of hotel. All basics were covered; there was a cordless phone, a radio/alarm-clock, a small... More

This Best Western is really on the border. From the parking lot you can see the customs area less than 1K away on route 15. The lobby area is open and attractive. Check in and out was a breeze. The receptionist gave me a map of Montreal because I was uncertain of how to get to my destination. It had... More

After being stopped for no reason im aware at the border of NY/Quebec and having to endure the JERK going thru inch by inch of our car... Omg!! We were far too late to drive much.
