Was able to go there a few weeks back with my friends. Upon entering the resort you will notice the beautiful garden and the inviting pool. Staff were all courteous and all welcoming. Unfortunately, we only decided to eat lunch during our stay, for we were supposed to go somewhere else that time. The resto has a homey feel to... More

On the website, they don't say that we are not allowed to bring outside food, our food got spoiled(what a waste of money). They don't allowed you to wear shorts and shirts to used the swimming pool. There's nine of us came to this place, they charged me for nine people to used the beach, plus $100.00 a night to... More

We came to this place after a horrible experience from a nearby resort. This is just what we were looking for! relaxation, wonderful ambiance, quiet, friendly staff and a very good service. the place is nice and tidy, everything is working perfectly except for the TV. its already turning blurry or something. but i didn't came here to watch TV.... my 10 years old son almost got drowned at the beach, while my wife got frantic and yelling for help, and me swimming trying to get near my son, other guests also swam trying to rescue my son, the supposed to be lifeguard is just at there standing, watching and doing nothing to help. Considering that they are charging too... More

traveled half day from Sucat, Paranaque and arrived at the resort only to be greeted by rude staff at the front desk. first problem: POOR COORDINATION FROM MANILA OFFICE TO RESORT!! Manila office confirmed but had reserved other date for our arrival. We were being charged for the second night stay because resort claimed we only paid for overnight accommodation... More

I don't recommend this resort, the manager mishandled us. The manager also abuses her staff to the full view of the guests. Restrooms are not well maintained, the accommodation and food are very expensive. The resort take advantage of unsuspecting guests! They don't even issue official receipts. The Department of Tourism, the BIR and other government regulatory agencies must do... More

We came without any reservation, there were about 13 of us in the group. We did not expect the long travel, seemed like it's at the end of nowhere. The guards were strict, did not let us in right away because we did not have any reservation. So only a couple of us went in to inquire. After paying, that was... More

I went to Bolinao, Pangasinan on March 18 with my CSB friends. We stayed at Puerto del Sol during our day trip. Here's my review: Reception The resort guards and reception staff are courteous to guests. They even let us see the whole resort before we decided to stay. Pros: Clean room and toilet & bath (upon check in) Well maintained garden/landscape COns: No welcome drinks and shell necklaces were given to us (as advertised). Guards and other housekeeping staff are not well trained in greeting the guests. On our second day, we were out the whole day and when we got back, our rooms were not service, no... More

Went there with cousins and friends last weekend of February 2012 and stayed overnight. Stayed in a casita which was sort of beachfront, which was decent. The room had a large kind size bed and the staff gave us additional 2 bed cushions that were laid on the floor for the rest of us to sleep on. The casita I... More
