We stayed at this hotel on a business visit to Geneva. Rooms were clean and quiet. There was free internet although we had to renew the internet registration daily. They have a good continental breakfast. Overall good value for money.

Pros: Located very close to a lot of public transport lines (and the hotel will give you a free pass valid thru all your stay). Cons: It is WAY TOO expensive for what it is, very poor value for money. I don't understand what is the added value of this Ibis compared to the Ibis Budget (located right next to... More

Dear Racal24, Thanks for your feedback, and sorry that our services level didn't match your expectations. There's sone differences explaining the price difference between ibis ** & ibis budget* : larger room size, larger bedsize, separated bathroom, individual air conditioning regulation. We hope you will visit us back in a near future ! Kind regards, Laurent Ragueneau Assistant Manager ibis... More

Stayed there with my family, two rooms, four adults. Easy bus (23) to and from the airport/30 minutes tops from/to the airport. easy tram(14) to the city/Get off at Bel Air in 15 minutes and you are in the center of Geneva. The front office was efficient but I would not say friendly. The hotel gives you bus passes on... More

Fine for cheap stay, free bus pass for the public transport. Cannot open the windows which makes the room stuffy, bed was fine but you get what you pay for. The shower was also a bit smelly but might be due to not being able to open the windows. No kettle or tv- fine for a bed and shower for... More

Its an average hotel - slightly overpriced as per Ibis standards. Lacks basic conveniences like coffee maker, toiletries, etc. but maybe its not a standard in Switzerland budget hotels. The breakfast buffet is very good.

As a member or Accor hotel group we stayed here for a night on one of my friends wedding day. We thought it will be closer if we stayed there .... the room is clean n comfortable. the area is pretty quiet so good for relaxing.

4 of us stayed here for a week in 2 rooms . This is an ideal spot to tour Geneva and also places within easy reach by car such as Annecy and Chamonix (for Mont Blanc ) . Its cheaper than down town Geneva yet very convenient by tram (number 14 to the city centre runs very regularly --if you... More

Dear David G, Thanks a lot for your nice and complete evaluation of our services. We would like to underline that plug adaptors available for sale are not only swiss ones, but internationals. Upon request, we give handle to open the window. Thanks again, and we hope we will have the pleasure of your visit in a near future !... More

As an A Club member I have stayed in many Accor operated hotels and this was like many of them. Sadly, I think Very good is too high for this hotel but that Average too low. The room was nice although their much hyped new beds were too soft for my liking. The reception staff were efficient and friendly but... More

It's a typical business hotel - but it's clean and very pleasant. Never had any problems with this hotel at all and have stayed many times. Breakfast is good, and we have once had fondue in the restaurant in the evening and that was also very good. If you are visiting P&G, this hotel is ideal - walking distance to... More
