A very good hotel located on a mountain top overlooking the scenic valley of muzaffarabad and the Neelam river. Good cuisine combined with friendly staff and prompt service made it a memorable stay at this beautiful place

PC Muzaffarabad has become a favourite destination for my whole family. There's not much on offer in terms of other attractions in city of Muzaffarabad but my kids love their time in hotel. Hotel offers amazing views of entire city. Staff is hospitable and makes every effort to make your stay comfortable. Kids are provided with outdoors and indoors activities... More

As a trekking enthusiast i was trekking in nearby Shogran and Naran and stopped off at the Pearl Continental Hotel in Muzaffarabad for a day on the way back. Muzaffarabad is a chotic, dusty and extremely dis-organised city. Looking down from a vantage point the hotel is nothing like the city. It is calm , tranquil and well equipped with... More

As a priviledged member of the pc hotels pakistan, i have had the chance to visit almost all pc properties. Muzaffarabad was always in my plans but until now cud not set my foot upon thr kashmiri soil. Somebody has rightly said that kashmiri people are the perfect hosts. The staff of this hotel intensifies this fact. Simply the best... More

It is perhaps one of the best Pearl Continental Hotels in Pakistan in term of location and services. The staff is soft, cooperative and well trained. The rooms in particular facing River Neelum (a major tributary of River Jehlum give excellent view of the Valley. One can make it a base, whether travelling to Azad Jummu and Kashmir for business... I was there in 2011. It is located on a hilltop so provides fantastic views specially on River Jhelum side. It is ideal place for a family trip where the only thing you want is peace and quiet. Rooms were excellent and had good experience of interacting with staff. Price was less than half of PC hotels elsewhere in the... More

Following are the good/bad points of this hotel ( I was there in Mar/Apr 2011): . Rooms: I have traveled in lots of small and large cities in the world and stayed in mostly 5 star hotels - as far as room facilities go, this is definitely as good as any decent 4+ star hotel - comfortable, well furnished, cozy...
