We stayed in this hotel about 5 times, 2 times with my family and 3 times for business meeting. The last time was last week. We did not have any problem. The meeting rooms are perfect with sea view, large and good air conditioning system. The staff was very helpful (I do not know about their english as written in... more

The hotel has one of the best beaches in that area. The location is perfect as it is convenient both to go to Alacati and Cesme centre. I especially loved the food in hotel, and the service was also excellent. The staff was very nice. Customers in hotel are usually families. And, the hotel is full of Turkish tourists and... more

The place can hardly boast a 5 star status when nobody on the hotel staff speaks English. I also tried some German, French, Russian, etc. Nothing helped. I had to learn some rudimentary Turkish to be able to eat and drink. All this would be "cute" if you were staying at nearby Alacati at one of those small charming hostels... more

I agree with a lot of the reviews that this hotel does cater to Turkish guests. It is a great hotel if you can speak Turkish. I beleive that the reason the staff comes across rude is because they can not speak English. I speak Turkish and the staff was very helpful and nice. Alacati is a must see. LIKES... more

This was our third hotel stay in a two week vaction in Turkey. Room was clean and fair sized. Compared to other places we stayed the reception staff here was very rude. They made no eye contact and did little to greet us or asssit during our stay. My husband does not speak Turkish and no attmept was made to... more

I have not even stayed at the ilica hotel and I need to write an awful review about them! The staff are the most unfriendly, unhelpful, unknowledgeable people I have ever had contact with. My complaint is not about the hotel amenitites or state of the rooms... simply the staff. I was brining over 20 guests to the hotel... lots... more

Me and my girlfriend decided to book a last minute deal through our travel agent as we had a £200 travel voucher that we had to use by the end of September. What a disaster it turned out to be! When looking in the brouchure the hotel looks nice enough, the photos look good and they describe a range of... more

We (2 persons) have booked this one from 21 Aug to 30 Aug 2006 via my travel agent Setur. Paid 1031.495 USD including breakfast and dinner. As you can see quite much money. Will never ever stay at this one, because: 1. Very late dining hours. Starting from 20.00 2. Extremely hard closing doors. 3. We also had to pay... more

We booked this hotel directly at a rate of $209, including breakfast and dinner. Well it was not worth it, i am sure if you book a package it much cheaper. The room was very small, decoration fine, hard pillows on the bed, meant to include turndown service but they never came. Buffet dinner and breakfast average, badly designed dinning... more
