Always stay here when visiting ancient Aunt and Uncle who live in Neath. Very convenient for M4-immediatly off the roundabout, top of slip road J43. Stayed for 2 nights last week. Easy to get to from M4. It's one of the best HI Express I've stayed in. Hardly any of the others provide an evening meal or have a small shop selling snacks if peckish. Rooms comfortable and clean without being flash, a bit premier inn esque! Check in staff pleasant and efficient as usual. “Great welcome”

After a six hour drive I could not fault the nice welcome at 1130pm at night. Genuinely pleased to see me and serve me refreshments. Made all the difference to what could have been just another overnight stay in a business hotel. Departure in the morning was equally as friendly.
