The beach is at your doorstep and there is only a few cottages. A welcome relief from busy Bali. Each cottage has a veranda with a view to the beach and seaweed farms. We arrived in the afternoon without having booked anywhere, went to the closest main area to find a room & initially checked out the hotel next door which was charmless and more expensive than Mega Cottages. Stayed here for a week. Exploded the whole island and there is nowhere I would rather stay. The bungalows are very nice, and sleeping to the sound of the waves was amazing. Joe, the owner is a great guy. Nice, honest and an all around good guy. Highly recommend this place!!

A lot of the places around it were more like small hotels/guesthouses and we liked the fact that these were bungalows. We paid 250 000 rupiah per bungalow - note that those were for the fan rooms though,... More

We arrived to Nusa Lembongan quite late in the eve, so we did not have much time to find a suitable accommodation. After some help from the locals we ended up being in some cottage (near the harbour) that seemed pretty decent. Until the night fell! The noise was unbearable. After a rough night, we decided to change the accommodation.... More
