We stayed at Château Les Carrasses for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is very friendly and made us feel welcome right from the start. The room or apartment was comfortable and very convenient. Although we didn't use all the amenities it seems well equiped for a longer stay. As we stayed on the last floor,... More

Les Carrasses hits the perfect note between elegant luxury and laid-back relaxation. Our suite was absolutely beautiful, with soaring ceilings and huge windows overlooking the terrace and pool. The chateau/winery dates back to the late 1800s, and all the buildings have been renovated to the highest level of quality. We used the kitchenette to make some of our own meals,... More

This is such a beautiful relaxing place, we went for a few drinks in the afternoon and would highly recommend it. Very nice surroundings and such a beautiful place. Friendly staff. As you drive up to the property you are greeted by this beautiful castle surrounded by vinyards

Had a March monday lunch for 2 at the restaurant in the Chateau - restaurant itself is well laid out, had a lovely table by the window looking across to the vines - decor suits the setting with tasteful use of wood and metal. The main part (the food!) added to the overall enjoyable experience. Food was well presented, not... More

This impeccably renovated chateau evokes bliss among the grapevines and fields of sunflowers that surround it. The reception staff couldn't be any more accommodating from a personal escort to your room to catering to every need through check out. The bathroom in our room was in a circular turret and was equipped with a soaking tub for two. The long... More

I think this place is probably a bit of a chameleon. I can imagine it would be lovely out of season for couples and obviously quieter without families. In season, though, it definitely works well and we had a great week here in July. Yes, it was full of children and no, of course you never quite know the mix... More

We stayed in House 24, which was reasonably spacious, while being private and quiet. Pros: Travel cot, play mat, non-slip bath mat all provided for my toddler when I requested it. Great location, plenty to do. Lots of activities laid on for kids. Great pool, 20m long, heated until end October. Out of season Les Carrasses was wonderful! Quiet, sunny,... More

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We’re delighted you liked Les Carrasses so much, and that you enjoyed a very nice out-of-season stay. Many locals agree that October is one of the nicest months in the Languedoc. Thanks also for the constructive criticism – while it’s always nice to hear the compliments, feedback on where we have... The apartment is on the third floor of the chateau and has a lovely view of the vineyards. It is very charming, comfortable, and well laid-out - 4 people would be comfortable there. It is the perfect size- not too big and not too small. The apartment has all the mod cons - stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher as well as... More

A beautiful place. Really friendly and helpful staff and an amazing dinner. The apartment wasn't as luxurious as I had imagined, it's probably worth paying that little bit extra if you do want the wow factor.

This place is simply stunning, a peaceful, beautiful environment with great food & fabulous service. Days spent lazing by the pool and evening's spent at the gorgeous in house restaurant or at a great choice of local restaurants. We loved all of it.
