No heat, horrible rooms( afraid to take a shower and I am a guy) crappy food. Company booked me here but will sleep in truck next time or on the street. Life will either look a lot better after staying here or will be the final push to push you over the edge, you decide.

Uninviting. Terrible stench throughout hotel and rooms. Very loud, paper thin walls. Every area unclean. Room 203 was freezing and only a tiny space heater to warm it up. Outdated room. Old pillows, unsanitary towels. Old stiff bed. I almost cried when I walked in the room and set my alarm 90 minutes earlier than usual because I couldn't wait... More

In the middle of winter the room was unbearably hot, yet the windows don't open. Black mold in the bathroom. Closing the bathroom door causes the roof to flex. Only two outlets in the whole room meaning microwave, tv, fridge, coffeemaker, fan, and lamp were plugged into one outlet using one of those unsafe splitters. The lobby smelled like stale... More

Rooms are some what clean but heat doesn't work rooms and beds and very old with cigarette burns on my sheets, carpets are dirty and bathrooms are not all that clean either because heat doesn't work and it was -30 they give you a little box heater to use which doesn't do anything

Once you stay in here every aspect in your life will seem better in perspective to this hellish nightmare of a hotel. Black mold, exposed wires and pipes, half Burt mattresses and leaking plumbing await you at this dump.

I have been staying here now for 2 months because myshower ny is paying for my room. I've seen bags of garbage left in the hallway, a big pile of dog crap left there all weekend, and the place is just dirty. I have a do not disturb sign on my door yet the housekeeping still knocks on the door... More

Given the reviews, I expected better...Yes they do accept pets and that was my need that particular day...But the Windows were leaking cold air to the point of having a coat of ice on the Inside frame, the toilet valve was constantly running becausse the water was going directly down the bowl, the bathroom linen was soiled, yes clean but... Stayed one night out of desperation. I'll never be that desperate again. The AC was a hole in the wall, the carpet had cigarette burns and the beds were complete garbage. The only people who frequent this hotel are road crews and rig workers so be warned. Seriously, if you're tired just pull off to the side of the road... More

I needed a pet friendly motel after a long day on the road, and had no luck late in the evening in Grand Prairie. Headed on to Valleyview and found this hotel on my GPS. Very nice lady at reception told me they had a room, and mentioned that the front sign had blown down. Got there and yes, the... More

Called Hotel.com to reserve a room for 5 adults. Paid them for a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Arrived at the Inn and were informed that no such room was available. It was TOO bad that we paid through Hotels.com and that they would not reimburse us any of the money that we paid for a... More
