The hotel is across the road from the Brussels Zuid/Midi train station making it a convenient place to stay if you are arriving or leaving by train. The metro station gives good access to most of the attractions in the city though the old town is also a 20 minute walk away. One of the staff members gave me a... More

Convenient to the station although the area is pretty horrible and if you venture into the centre (only 15mins) take the main boulevard not the side roads I did..... A simple room but large comfy bed and everything was clean and fresh. Bathroom renovated recently. Young friendly helpful receptionist. Free wifi a big bonus. Fine for a night at £70.

A very nice place, with a very nice location, near to the train station. The service was very good. Clean bathroom. A negative point was that the room was smelling smoke the towels was smelling vinegar... So it is a nice place to spend a night if you just need to take a train early in the next day.

Definite pricing deal at this hotel. I found the rooms clean, modern, perfectly fine hotel. At 10 Euros, the breakfast buffet was also fine. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly - even giving me (for FREE) a ticket for the tram. The hotel is about an 8 minute walk to the train station, so a perfect spot if you... More

The only good things about this Hotel were the friendly receptionist , location for Eurostar and a decent bed. Overpriced , felt unsafe in the streets nearby even during the day.We went to the Ibis Hotel just a few doors down for our evening meal as we didn't feel safe to go any further. Was also cold in the room,... More

After our scheduled Eurostar train was cancelled we had to find a room for the night. This was the closest hotel we could get in. Large room but poorly furnished and decorated. Chunks missing in the bathroom furniture Carpet did not feel clean and the bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Breakfast adequate for the money. Don't wander round the streets... More

We had a great stay at the hotel. We had a clean, spacious, triple room, on the fourth floor with large comfortable beds, good pillows and we didn't have any sleep issues. It was a quiet room at the back, with city views. The AC ,TV worked fine and so did the broadband WiFi connection. There was plenty of storage space, a large desk, night reading... More

First of all, it is a hotel real close to the South-Station (Midi Station), Thalys and Eurostar. International and local bus stops, trams and underground are all in front of the hotel. It has very little noise even though. The room had a flat screen television which can receive cable television and individually controlled air-conditioning. It is situated only 500... More

Location is everything. Next to the Gare du zuid. So really easy & quick to travel to cities outside Brussels. Also next to the metro & tram to travel inside Brussels. Nice big room, with air-con & big bathroom. Amenities included. The double bed was big and very comfortable. Next door there is a restaurant for coffee, breakfast, etc with... More

The location of the hotel was in a great location for us, this was about the only good thing about it. On arriving at the hotel the chap on the desk seemed nice enough, however the other staff members were rude and lacked people skills. As were a large group of 30 people, with half of them children, It would... More
