The hotel is cute and clean, but they don't have anybody in reception after 11PM. The two girls at the front line are not the friendliest neither. In regards to location, we had two take two tramps to go to the plaza and the main attractions.

positive points: breakfast including price, shower pressure very good, cleanliness, quiet street, near tram-stop, good staffs negative points: poor amenities (only hangers, towels, toilet papers, shampoo and soap, a glass, hair-dryer). No frigo in room. You must prepare tissue-papers, memo items, tea set and kettle. • Stayed 4 nights Comfort Single Room

On arrival the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, he gave us two maps. One official map and one the hotel made themselves, which had famous landmarks and good places to eat and drink. He was also ready with the highlighter to highlight the hotel on the offical map. He was very detailed and explained everything well, I really appreciated... More

Excellent located and nicely designed. Friendly reception - breakfast buffet can be recommended. The bedroom is fairly small but well equipped. The only negative point had been that the sink had been clogged over two days.

I spent two nights in this nice hotel this month as I was in Brussels for business. Great care is paid to customer's need: a few days after booking I was contacted by reception for infos about the arrival and supplied more infos on how to get to the hotel. On arrival additional info about location, public transport and restaurant... More

Found this hotel last minute for a weekend trip to Brussels. Located on a quiet street, in residential area but very close to bus/trolley stops and minutes to the city center. Many nearby restaurants and cafes. Was able to navigate from airport, train and bus to hotel fairly easily with my luggage. Hotel staff was very helpful, and even allowed... More

On the whole this is not a bad hotel set in a typical street, about five tram mins away from the centre. Surrounding is mainly residential, for me this is a plus point, and I enjoy critoscopophilia ie looking into others' lives. The hotel room are ok, perhaps a little small, but the bathroom was relatively new and clean and... More

I was so disappointed when we checked into this hotel. We had a very very small room with a large door/window leading onto a fire escape. With no air conditioning, it would have been good to be able to open the door to allow some air into the room, however, the door was broken. Despite the girl from the front... More

Very nice and modern accommodation in Brussels. It is not next to tourist attractions, but very easy to reach them by tram or metro. If you are fun of walking, it is also very good solution. Was on business trip, and had perfect services in the hotel. Excellent breakfast, very fast free of charge intent. Rooms nice, and simple, staff... More

We were very pleased with Hotel The Neufchatel. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable with a modern bathroom, as well as a lovely view out over a garden. The included breakfast was fresh and included a range of options and was available until 1030am which was handy for us. We stayed in this neighbourhood to be close to... More
