philip's hous is realy perfect and beautifull. philip is so helpfull and locatioan is very good near to train station, metro and cuty center. There are many bar and resturant near house .house is clean and safe. we did not find any bad thing there. shahab

“The owner seems to forget that we paid.”

I felt very unconfortable. If you stay in the living area, Philip, the owner, will show you in his own way that this is HIS house and you're not welcome. And after I saw the comments he made on customers who complained on another site, I definitvely regret to have choosen this guesthouse.
