Room in Penta hotel has the largest bed I have ever seen in hotels. The rooms are beautiful. Bathroom is big. Complimentary wi-fi, complimentary breakfast, bottle of water each day in room... In lobby very cozy bar with front desk as a part of bar. I find this hotel really nice with interesting design :)

People from the staff were unkind and we were informed only 3 day before arrivals that the room for the meeting was unavailable. There was also a mismatch in reservations so the bills were printed with wrong name... No gym was available. Restaurant was good but they took 1h 30 to prepare 15 hamburger... I can't stand that. It really... More

This is the old Mercure hotel which has been fully redecorated. What a CHANGE!! The rooms are beautiful. Great large bed, bathroom is excellent with a great (rain)shower. Downstairs a very cosy lobby/bar/restaurant. Very very nice. The only challenge is the parking (which is not owned by the hotel). Sometimes closed, sometimes unable to pay - but the hotel helped... I stayed at the hotel for a week on business in April '15, along with 12 other colleagues. You check in at the bar, with the barmen as there is no reception area. The rooms are decorated in a minimal industrial hipster style, with no attention to comfort. For example the bath towels are so old, small and thin you... More

Dear Millieaviator, Thank you for providing your honest feedback. I’m sorry to read that your Pentahotel experience didn’t live up to your expectations. Our concept of "pentalounge" is to propose the reception and the bar at a same place. All our GSA (guest satisfaction agent) are trained to be able to make a check in/out in the best conditions but... More

I was in this hotel second part of March this year (2015). Smell was not nice. Very cold. Lift was not working perfect. Equipment in teory fun was strange - very old fashion. Coridor color was black, to darknes for me. I pay 226 Eur for one single overnight with breakfast. No more ...

I stay in Accor hotels within Europe most of the time. This Mercure in Brussels is in a great location and at a very good price. The restaurant is ok but it has a nice atrium that because of its space you can have meetings and enjoy a drink and some finger food. Service and check in is very good.... More

Had a very nice night - very clean and comfortable. Bathroom spacious and warm. Enjoyed my stay. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Reception staff could be a little more friendly but it was functional so worked.
