I stayed here for a few nights on business, after arriving at Gare de Midi from a train from Amsterdam. The hotel is easy to find - Take the exit for Avenue Fonsny and turn left, hotel stands out. The hotel is in a very dodgy rough area, plenty of homeless everywhere, wouldn't want to walk around the area much... More

Room spotless and comforrable but ruined with a small "lumpy"pillow. There is no coffee/ tea facility in room. We booked through ebookers and hotel had no record of booking but the friendly staff sorted problem.

Excellent four star hotel just 150 meters from the entrance of the railway station Brussels Midi. The area is full of weird personalities circulating around the station and the most probably, that is the reason why you can get a price at a very convenient price compered to the other 4 stars hotels in Brussels... I found it very comfortable... More

In December 2011 we stayed at this Hotel . The room was very nice, it had everything that was expected in a 4 star hotel. The hotel was chosen because of its location to Brussels Midi Train Station. It is in walking distance and easily accessible with a suitcase. Unfortunatly, there are not many dining options near the station. The... More

The hotel is rather new so there no noticeable tear and wear in the rooms. Room layout is very well thought through and we were pleasantly surprised about the level of details, such as a heating lamp in the bathroom, powerful hair-dryer, a sufficient number of electric sockets to charge all phones, ipods, cameras, etc. Sound isolation is very good.... The hotel is quite new and very near to Brussels Midi railway station but the surrounding area is really scruffy. Luckily the rooms are fairly well sound proofed and they are well appointed and spacious. The breakfasts had a good choice but we felt they were quite expensive compared to other 4 star hotels' prices. The bar is only open... More

New branch of the Cascade Hotels a small chain in Brussels), just next to the station. Great sound proofing, good bathroom and bed -- so a really comfortable stay. The Internet, as others have noted, is usurious in cost and the hotel is a little Belgian in flavour: no room service the night I got there (Sunday) and no tea/coffee... More

Fabulous hotel. Located across from the train station, it provided us with convenience to the airport and to downtown via subway. The hotel was modern and very clean. We were impressed by the safety features, keyed entry to hotel AND elevators once inside. The staff was helpful in providing information on how to get around Brussels in a safe manner.... More

We only stayed at this hotel one night, so it was a great location by the Midi train station. we were able to walk there quickly and easily and located the hotel with ease upon arrival. it saved us cab/subway fare in both directions. When we arrived, the service was polite, but not overly helpful. The room was average sized... More

Around 1800 hrs. on 22.9.2011, as the bottle of shampoo which had already been used up that morning had not yet been replenished, I contacted the room service through intercom and a lady on the other side of the line replied that she would arrange to send us the shampoo as soon as possible. However, I waited some 45 minutes... More
