I have stayed here many timews on business trips to Brussels. The place is clean, well-run, and close to trams metro, restaurants etc. Allied with good value for money, its pretty unbeatable. Indications are that the large cleared building site at the back of the hotel will soon see construction starting. This might influence which room you choose!

The rooms are very tiny, the curtains are filthy, the sinks are clogged, the beds are lumpy, the decor is sad, and the walls are thin. I stayed 2 nights in late July. The hotel is very close to the metro station Louise, where lots of brand shops are found nearby. 15 minutes walk to Grand Place. The room was small but clean, the air conditoner was working well, the tea-coffee service was available. Considering the standards of Brussels, this hotel is a good deal.

At 70Euros a night, definitely cheap, but very ordinary indeed. Good location though.
