Just a single night stay. Very courteous and efficient check-in. Room was very average - a bit tired looking. Bathroom with plastic shower curtain. Room felt small and bathroom was quite cramped despite being a Club-Level room. Club floor facility was quite small and after 20:00 had only a small selection of drinks - no food or snacks. Took a... The hotel is nicely situated near Luxembourg square and in a quiet area. The room was nice and clean and had all the neccesary items you would expect in such a category. The Starbuck cafe was nice, but the restaurant needs attention. The staff was not particularly attentive and probably looked foreward to comming home instead of attending guests. After... More

The Renaissance is ideally located next to the "Gare du Luxembourg" , where you can catch International trains as well as local busses to reach the center of Brussels within short term. It is also nice to experience Brussels by walking from there. The area is quiet and safe and you find other restaurants in walkin distance. The check -In... More

The hotel is slightly run down. 3 elevators which are always busy and very slow. The breakfast isn't all that. There is no egg station for any omelet and NO waffles !!! Why?? There was tension among the staff and the manager during breakfast which was not professional. It's a 10 minutes walk to the metro station or a 30... More

this was our first time stay at this hotel and we found it to be an excellent choice based on the location and services. Even the location is not in central Brussels, it can easily reached by buses and metro or a 20 minute downhill walk to Grand Place. While we traveled by car, it offer a very nice underground... More

On entering our room we discovered our double sized bed had a broken leg. We notified the hotel and after a long wait to fix the problem all they had did was replace the broken base level of the bed with two single bed bases. The double bed mattress was smaller than the combined single beds by about 20 cms.... More

I stayed at the hotel for my 3 day business trip and I really liked it. it is very easy to get to hotel from airport by bus # 12/21 and does not take too much time (45 min). Breakfast was quite good and staff was friendly. My suitcase did not arrive with me and they were helpful. I personally... More

Very well located to visit Brussels by walk, this hotel provides all the necessary facilities at an affordable price. Clean, comfortable and with a restaurant in the lobby as well as with concierge and front desk staff always prepared to help.

There was a mix up with my room key. So their housekeeping sent up a young lad who knocked on my door and then came in whilst I was in the room. I believe their staff training is lacking in proper process that befits a hotel of that standing.

I stayed at this hotel for the fourth time already, again for meetings of a conference organised at the hotel conference facilities. This fact and the neighbourhood of the European Parliament and the Bruxelles Luxembourg railway station make it a remarkably well-placed hotel, suitable for a professional and tourist traveller. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful and professional. There is... More
