Very close to the European Parliament and the Commission is only a short walk away as well. Located on a side street, it's quiet and yet it's close on foot and by public transport to the old town or other eclectic places in Brussels.I really like their gym which is well equipped. I didn't try the pool. Worth trying priceline.com... More

Stayed here for 2 nights, and breakfast lets this hotel down.. Unclean tables, strange set up of tables, everyone seems to sit at the same table! No labels on anything, not good for my colleagues who are unable to eat Pork. Lack of attention from staff, no offer of tea or coffee... Not what you expect from a 4 star... More

Stayed 3 times at this hotel, In a deluxe room and a suite. Upgrade to a junior suite is well worth it. it includes Wifi and breakfast plus dicsount on meals in the resturant. Service is brilliant, food is good. Queues can be long to check in. However there is an express checkout service not sure if it is available... More

I sent my laundry in on Sunday evening and it came back on Monday with 4 pieces of my clothing missing. Hotel staff could only tell me they needed to check with housekeeping which never seemed to be around. Until now my clothes are still missing. Really atrocious.

Where to start... I stay at hotels over 200 nights per year. Marriott is my preferred chain, and I especially like this Renaissance when I visit Brussels. Room - spacious, clean, quiet, with comfortable bed Breakfast - a variety of selections from cold cuts, hot foods, breads, waffles, and fruits. The staff at the restaurant is EXCELLENT - quick and... We decided to spend the 8th December's "ponte", long week-end, in Bruxelles., Main aim was to visit the Xmas markets around la Grand Place, then Manneken Piss, the Atomium and the Mini-Europe close to it plus many others areas to visit via the excellent public services. I suggest to buy the Brussels Card that also includes some discounts to attractions... More

A pleasant enough hotel. I don't think the quality of the hotel justifies the price particularly but staff are friendly and helpful. It's closer to the EU quater so you have to walk for about 20 minutes to get to the more central acctractions.

This review is being written under unique circumstances as I want to start by emphasizing some things that stand-out, which I most appreciate. First off, I am nearing my 50th night at this hotel between September and now (4 December), which I feel is a unique circumstance. To actually stay in one place that long and give 5 stars means... It's a very comfortable and high-level hotel close to the Luxembourg Square. Nice clean room with kind-size bed. Well equipped. Hotel was quiet. Rich breakfast. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately there was no time to use the spa facilities. Little far from the center but with good connections. Expensive for tourism purposes. Very suitable for business travelers.

We've spent 2 nights in the hotel which I an say that it is really very nice. The stuff are really friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast was nice and the location of the hotel is amazing. It's 5 minutes walking distance from the parlamentarium and 20 minutes from the city center.
