I stayed here with my husband and our room was fantastic. It was dated a bit but very spacious and clean and comfortable. There was lots of room in the bathroom. We had dinner in the restaurant and the service was fantastic. The owrners are very knowledged about the local area and gave me lots of places to visit while... More

We have stayed here several times, and always will when in the area. We arrived early and were booked in with no problem, rooms are huge, and bathrooms more than adequate, a toaster would be a good addition as we are not big breakfast eaters. The restaurant is excellant, small but very good menu, and wine list. Prices are aceptable for... More

We stayed in 2013 so decided to book in again. My husband made an error with Dalwallinu booking but the managers at Wheatland Motel graciously gave us a family room. We enjoyed a very nice meal and breakfast wanting to book again for the following night. However, it was mentioned by me (respectfully and with diplomacy) that the bathroom wasn't... More

We were very happy with our stay here on route from Dongara heading towards New Norcia. Well equipped, comfortable large room, more than enough for a night passing through. Good welcome despite not getting there till nearly 7.30pm. Cooked us a good dinner and went to bed happy. Breakfast was limited as it was Sunday, but adequate.

My wife and I stayed here for one night on our way back from the outback. One cannot check in before 2pm but we were happy with our room which was clean and comfortable. The bed was kingsize but the pillows were very soft ( we carry our own when we travel by car so not a problem for us!).... More

Had a very tidy stay here. Nice clean rooms. Well maintained site. Good gardens. Very cimfortable bed and pillow. Rooms neat but pretty average for motels. Didn't use restaurant but looks good. No complaints. Parking easy in front of doors.

We only spent one evening here mid September and thought how nice it was. Often in mid size country towns it's a rare thing to find accommodation as clean and tidy as this was and with a great little restaurant. Rooms were a good size and airy. An ideal base actually, for those wanting to travel during the days in... More

After a long day on the road, it's really good to find a nice clean, well appointed Motel to rest overnight. Friendly staff, importantly a very comfortable bed and a reasonable tariff means I will be definitely stopping again. A globe had blown over the desk, a call to reception saw the maintenance bloke change the globe within 10 minutes.

A modern and well kept motel with large rooms and comfy beds. Close to the main rail line but the trains seem to stop around 10.00pm so were not an issue after that. Pleasant staff and very helpful in sending in my phone charger when I left it in my room. Pleased to recommend and would stay again.

We stayed 1 night in May 2013 driving between Cue and Perth. I had booked by phone 2 weeks previously after realising there were not any other options that sounded as nice, but even then I almost didn't get a room as they are often full. The booking lady very kindly reorganised some rooms to fit us in, and when... More
