This is my second stay at this hotel, they provide quick airport transportation and are staff are friendly. The rooms are quite small and are a little worn but for the price it is fine. I would probably stay here again.

The hotel offers great and friendly service. It was very close to the airport. About 3 minutes. The shuttle runs every few minutes. Pretty convenient restaurants close by. A bit of a ride to downtown.

OK hotel, a bit old but the room was comfortable. There is a shortage of electrical outlets in the room so bring a multi plug if you several things to recharge. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. Close to the airport and they do have a shuttle.

This hotel does not live up to the basics of a low to mid grade hotel. The air-conditioning unit was loud, some repairs are required in the room, and they could not even get it right with the coffee in the room only providing decaffeinated coffee.

The front desk staff at this hotel are excellent! They go the extra mile to help the guests and their pride in their job shows. The shuttle drivers are also top notch. I´ve been travelling through Monterrey for 4-1/2 years and have always stayed at this hotel. The staff knows me by now and they treat me very well!

Great hospitality friendly staff. Free wiFI and fast. Nice Breakfast. After bad experience had with expensive hotel enjoyed this one. Rooms are very clean . the only problem I had was the water low.Good Gym and swimming pool. price is low . warmly recommend.

The entire hotel was worn out. Never been updated. Lobby floor was laminate that appeared to have water damage. The AC in the rooms was like a truck running. Beds were old. Carpet was old and smelly. Not impressed at all.

The Monterrey Airport Hampton Inn has suspended their Manager Happy Hour. Not a huge deal but this is/was always a nice way to wind down at the end of the day AND I don't know of any hotel in Mexico that does not have this. I stay at a lot of other Hamptons in Mexico and they all have this.... More

Service was outsanding. Julieth helped us our business group out when we arrived way too early to check in. We were allowed to drop off our luggage and go to lunch, see some sites, and then check in. this hotel no shuttle at night, wait 11pm to 12:30am but Front-desk just repeat "we do 30min shuttle". They did not accept advance check out, hold reservation night payment and ask your bank information to refund 1~2 weeks later.
