We celebrated a close friends 60th birthday at Dunsley Hall on Saturday 15th June with afternoon tea, we thouroughly enjoyed it. The staff were helpful, friendly and very attentive. Unlimited tea and coffee and a beautiful selection of sandwiches and cakes. We had a wonderful afternoon and would highly recommend it for a relaxed afternoon in beautiful surroundings. We managed... We booked a last minute room with laterooms.com and could not have been happier. From an initial telephone inquiry, through to check out the service was friendly, accessible and professional. The building is beautiful and immaculate. The mattress was the best I've slept on and the views were over the beautiful Victorian gardens. Evening meal and breakfast were superb, only... More

Booked this hotel through Secret Escapes on a dinner bed and breakfast basis for 2 nights. Then offered a third night by the hotel at a discounted rate. On the positive side the hotel was well kept and the rooms were clean and tidy with tea and coffee facilities. The first two nights we stayed in the Marshes room. We... More

I was a member of a party of 14 for an afternoon tea. The place was very busy, but this did not show in the service at all - the food and drinks were served promptly and the staff were most pleasant. We were seated in our own personal sitting room, the decor was gorgeous, with a relaxing atmosphere. The... More

My first visit here was on Good Friday for afternoon tea. Such a beautiful place, it was a very relaxed atmosphere and the food was lovely. Very good value for money considering the portions. Would recommend and definitely return.

Stayed at Dunsley Hall recently, the hotel is very nice and was in an ideal location for exploring around the lovely countryside. We stayed in the Whittington room, the bathroom was very, very small and the extractor fan was very noisy. The curtains were falling down in the bedroom. Had to put the kettle on the floor to boil it... More
