We were delighted with this hotel. Reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful. We had a view of the Mediterean Sea from our room on the fourth floor. The view from the restaurant/breakfast room on the top floor was spectacular. It is location just a few minutes walk from the beach and has a real "Spanish" feel... More

This lovely little town is close to the beach. The Hotel staffs were very good and helpful. We only speak English, they didn't very much, but hey we are in their country. Never the less, we managed to get by, because they were so patient with us, and wanted to help in any way they could. They recommended places to... More

We had to book a room at this hotel when our other one ran into complications (we short sightedly only booked one room instead of the two we needed/language barrier). This was a close by hotel we were staying and we booked a room for one night. Thank God it was only one night. It was adequate and that was... More

Plead do me a favor and just don't even look at booking this hotel. It is awful. The worst location in Barcelona you could possibly ask for, the local supermarket is basically closed all the time. THE RECEPTION, wait what reception???? It's RUBBISH, there is no one ever there to help and if you ask for help they don't even... More

This hotel was a random find for my wife and I and turned out to be a great stay. It's right on the town main road and just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. On the road are restaurants, bars, and even a small grocery store which makes it convenient. Right up the way is the main highway... More

One could broad-stroke this hotel off the list to be drastic. It’s true this hotel bears little resemblance to other Best Western hotels. We were, in fact, startled having specifically chosen this hotel after a stay at the Tossa de Mar Gran Hotel Reymar last year. But we chose this hotel for a reason: it was less expensive than other... More

It's hard to put into words my time spent at Best Western Jet hotel. If you want a lazy weekend at the beach- it's pefect. But don't DREAM of going into Barcelona or having the staff LIFT A FINGER to help you. I was actually disgusted by their lack of resources or information to help us out. 24 hour reception... More

The hotel is located in small town called Caldes D'Estrac at about 30 km north from Barcelona. Its façade is not exactly beautiful, but rooms are nice and clean. One of the great things about this hotel is that on the 6th floor you will find a restaurant opened every day. We have visited Caldes D’Estrac in December and with... More
