I've typed and deleted a few sentences since I began writing this. It is very hard to resist being poetic when thinking about the weekend that I spent there with some friends. But a rhyme is hardly what a reader would want in a review. Relaxing is the word that comes to me when I think of the place. Wild... More

I visited Wild brook in October of this year with some friends for a relaxing weekend out in the wilderness. The location on the banks of a local river inside the Rajaji National Park is perfect for a quiet and restful get away. The rooms are well equipped and the bathrooms clean. I must particularly compliment the service and food... More

If you're looking for a weekend getaway around Rishikesh then it can't get better than doing so at the Wild Brook Retreat, located ideally away from the crowded and more touristy parts of hill station. I recently visited this place with four other friends for the weekend from Delhi and had a fantastic time. The retreat had beautiful quaint little... More

Already the way to the Retreat was unique - just follow the riverbed and turn left at the jungle-sign. We loved it! At the Resort, we were welcomed by very friendly staff and found simpel yet very clean rooms to stay. Comfortable beds, delicous food and gorgeous nature around - none of us wanted to leave the next day...

Thanks a lot for writing a review about your visit to Wild Brook Retreat. We are encouraged more so because the local village staff manages it and it reflects on their hard work, commitment and sincerity.. A simple way to let some money go into the local economy by employing local boys from the village around in the retreat. Your... More

I stayed at Wild Brook for 3 nights and it was worth every moment! Set amidst complete wilderness and by the river bed, this place is a blessing for wildlife lovers and for anyone looking for a quiet getaway in the hills. The rooms are huge, very cosy and clean. The baths have running hot water and are also spacious.... More

Talk about a heavenly setting in the middle of the jungle!! Hugh rooms with bonfire place, a full time attendant who makes amazing food, untouched natural beauty all around you, a perfect setting to relax and invigorate your mind. The daylight lits up the entire place perfectly, where the flowing river looks just amazing. The evenings are cool and calm.... More

Great place in the middle of Nature, not too far from the city of Risikesh and from Joly Grant airport. Great food and hospitality. Clean, spacious and confortable rooms. Beautiful and peaceful surroudings. A true place of choice! The only down side was the Rajaji safari. The jeep we were assigned to was not confortable, was very old, all broken... More
