The highlight of the hotel for us was the arboretum and pool terrace behind the property, which was very prettily designed and well maintained. The outdoor pool is smaller than it looks in the Mercure website pictures, but our sons found plenty of times to use it when other guests were elsewhere. Comfortable sun loungers and chairs were always available,... More

On my way down to Beziers stayed here. The photos don't do the hotel justice-it was not as good as looked! The staff were friendly, room ok, beer really expensive, parking poor (but I blame the crap Belgium parkers to be fair) and town odd. The road to the hotel was fun to drive while the town had a Hicksville... More

We were very disappointed with this hotel, we were on a classic car tour and took over the hotel. Our room was small and dated. The food was an insult to French cuisine, the steak they served up was inedible, it was so tough I took one mouthful which took an age to chew and refused to eat it together... More

Dear customer, First of all, I would like to notice you that it was a real pleasure for us to receive a group of 100 people. Furthermore, with regard to your specific observation about the cooking of the meat, I let you know that it was chosen by the person in charge of your group. Moreover, some french cheese coming...
