I was there with my family for 2 nights. We had the "executive suite". Although the room and the bathroom were clean, some towels were dirty and two out of three king-size (or double) beds were very uncomfortable with V-shaped mattresses! We complained after the first night, but on the second night some of the new towels were dirty again... More

Lovely place to stay and reasonably priced! Comfy bed and lovely and clean room. Tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits plus bottles water supplied! Amazing Power shower! Great breakfast served in the pub! Huge! £79 a night so good value cheaper than the premier inn down the road!

Called in for a light lunch on a Saturday afternoon whilst in the area. Friendly staff, good beer and excellent menu. We chose a prawn jacket potato and a BLT sandwich and neither meal could be faulted! Excellent quality and quantity and very good value for the price. The side serving of salad was varied and fresh and it was... More

Stopped at Sunday lunchtime on the way back from dropping our daughter at Bristol airport. Very pleased to see a specials board as it was hot & didn't really fancy a roast dinner. But whatever you chose they just replace the roast meat with your choice from the board, So I had mackerel fillets, roast potatoes and the veg that... More

A nicley situated venue in a nice part of the world. A shame that a 17th century barn was decked out to resemble an economy type B&B. It was OK for a 'one night stay' but even then not enough towels were supplied. We had to ask for more. The heated towel rail didn't work, neither did the main light... More

We had heard so many good things about his place.....but what went wrong....different Chef....Chef ill?.....whatever the reason we were really disappointed! - The menu looks really tempting, but the delivery was appealing. If a Chef can't cook chips and a piece of meat which was tasteless....then there is no hope. The Chips were under cooked and the whole experience made... More

Booked here to stay overnight prior to a flight at Bristol airport. I agree with a previous reviewer about the brusque welcome. We paid on arrival for the room as expected and said we would like breakfast in the morning. This had been advertised at £7.95 which is a bit steep but when checking the receipt had been charged £8.95... More

Me and my friends stayed here for a birthday weekend and location wise, it was perfect. On arrival we parked our cars and walked into the pub area to check in. The reception was a little "off". It wasn't particularly a warm welcome. We were given our room keys and off we went to unpack. The first impressions of the... More

I stayed one night at the Langford Inn whilst attending a course nearby. I arrived during the weekly quiz was taking place in the pub. The woman behind the bar was friendly and handed me my key, telling me it was the middle door of the rooms by the car park. It wasn't. I found the correct door quickly, but... More
