The hotel is a step back into the past, beautiful and full of character, if your have the opportunity to do the Napoleon Route, this is definitely a perfect place to stop. The service is amazing, very friendly and helpful staff, amazing food and special cocktails. Very fair price for what do you get. I highly recommend it :)

My wife and I had a great lunch at this fine restaurant yesterday on June 7. Although we arrived just after a big tour bus full of hungry customers had filed in, we were immediately met with excellent service in the outdoor dining area. The attentive waitress continued to bring out tasty appetizers and our ordered dishes in a timely... More

My husband, adult daughter, and I spent a night here while traveling the Route Napoleon...it was the highlight of our trip! The hotel's rooms are older but charming and at 50 Euro per night, a steal in Europe. We actually liked our rooms - they were more than adequate for one night. It is the restaurant that makes this place... More

If you happen to be traveling the Route Napolean by all means try to time youself to be in Corps in late afternoon and in need of a place to spend the night. There are about twelve rooms and all are different. The staff will be more than happy to show you the rooms first so you can select which... More

I don't understand all the negative reviews of the restaurant. We went here on recommendation from a friend and were very happy. You get a ton of food for the price (we spent maybe 60 Euros including the wine) and we thought it was all very tasty. The service was friendly and they had an English menu. Portions wer generous.... Stayed here some time ago on a long trip across France to Haute Provence, and it was one the most memoreable experiences I have ever encountered. High up in the Alps between Gap and Grenoble sites this hotel in the one horse town of Corps, and apon entering you think you have mistakenly walked into an antiques market as the... More

Had dinner tonight in this Gault Millau 2012 mentioned restaurant. Once again I do question myself about this rating (in reference to other countries). Quality of cooking was poor and really not worth to be mentioned. The menu was served way to fast and thrown on the table. We didn't even finish our starters our the next course was served,... More

I have visited here several times in my life and have always loved it! Yes, the rooms are quaint, but charming, the hosts very gracious and the food is outstanding! The Chef used to work on a cruise ship and the menus are incredible! The little town is so cute and you can buy local honey. You can also wind... More

Came lost in a storm (2 adults 2 children) and were given spacious communicating rooms. The restaurant was positively a very enjoyable experience: good ambiance, very good food including local dishes and wine, attentive service - and free oysters really appreciated. All at surprisingly affordable prices.

Stayed in Corps one night while driving through France and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is a bit dated and old fashioned but full of charm and is very good value for money. The service was excellent and the staff very enthusiastic. The food was absolutely first class and consisted of several courses all large serves and... More
