My partner & I had a lovely stay at St Anne's. Land lady Carole was very welcoming. We stayed in a very nice little room with it's own shower, which was great & toilet just outside, shared with one other room. Tea & coffee in the room also, which is nice when you like a cuppa before bed. A tasty... More

I stayed here for two nights in March 2013 in a room that was clean, comfortable and with the added benefit of having its own shower in the room! Electric kettle with tea, coffee and mugs in the room. Very close to town and seafront and yet quiet. The owner was welcoming and provided tea, coffee, cereal, yogurt, toast or... More

I had a very pleasant stay at the end of April. The room was clean and comfortable with its own shower and washbasin and a toilet next door, so not quite en-suite but the next best thing. The landlady was very welcoming and the breakfast was lovely. I went back for a night a couple of weeks later and was... More

My wife and I stayed in St Anne's for two nights in September 2013.Because of traffic delays(we come from North Lancashire) we did not arrive until after 6.30 pm but there was no problem checking in. The room was spotlessly clean and airy, comfortable bed and full English breakfast as we expect from a good B&B. We found Carole (the... More

Stayed at st Anne's last weekend, was greeted by the landlady carol and a big smile, extremely friendly and great banter. The guesthouse itself was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the room itself had a nicely homely feel, freshly cooked full English breakfast in the morning was the icing on the cake also served with a smile, I'm... Booked last-minute one night for a double - £45, no reduction for single occupancy. Pleasant enough host and not expensive if you need a double but I guess you gets what you pays for. The shower was in the room but not ensuite, just a box in the corner, and the toilet was next door, shared. I did expect some... More

'delightful' Spent two nights at St.Anne's and could not fault it. Spacious en suite room - comfortable bed - tea/coffee making facilities a perfect break. Lovely home cooked breakfast with selection of cereal/juice/toast etc. Landlady Carole very hospitable nothing too much trouble. Everywhere extremely clean. A short 5 minute walk to town centre and beach. Will return.

Having stayed at a few B&Bs in Walton previously we ended up at St Anne's at the last minute when most others were booked up. It is in the centre of town and parking was a bit tricky although we found pay and display up the road eventually. St Anne's is good value for money and it suited ok as... More

The owner was wonderful, really caring and helpful. We needed to leave missing breakfast to drive back into London, the desire to please was overwhelming, and we was instantly offered 'sandwiches for the journey'. The rooms whilst basic, done what was needed. A good comfy bed, VERY clean and centrally placed. All in all, £50 for two people per night... More
