We have just returned from a fantastic weeks stay in Cowslip Cottage at the Rectory Farm in Levisham. Heather, Michael and David welcomed us and made us feel part of the family. The cottage is lovely and so is Heather's great cakes and bread that form part of your welcome pack. The cottage itself has everything you could possibly want... More

We hired Cowslip Cottage for a week, and we were delighted with it. After a five hour journey ended up taking ten, to arrive to a beautifully warm cottage with homemade bread and a cake laid out for us, I nearly cried. We found much more supplied than you usually get with holiday cottages - a slow cooker was a... More

Heather and Michael who run their farmhouse b and b could not have made me feel more welcome. Their beautiful big farmhouse in extremely clean and newly renovated. My room was lovely with a huge king size bed, sofa area and a bay window. All the furnishings are typical of classic english country cottage style so it is a true... More

We have just spent five nights at Rectory Farm. It was great. Heather and Michael were lovely hosts and were always happy to help. We had the back room which had everything to make a very comfortable stay. Despite being a small farm with dogs, horses, sheep and chickens around the house was spotless. Breakfasts were very good and afternoon... More

Heather and Michael are the most perfect hosts, and their Holiday Cottages are perfect and have absolutely everything you could wish. We arrived to see that a freshly baked loaf of Bread had been left for us and fresh eggs and lemon drizzle cake! Our... More

We recently stayed in Primrose cottage for a week. The cottage was spotlessly clean, warm and very comfortable with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. On arrival there was a freshly baked loaf of bread, delicious lemon drizzle cake, tea, coffee, milk and eggs waiting for us. Heather and Michael are the prefect hosts - Thanks for... More

We stayed at Rectory Farm Cottage for a long weekend and it was a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Michael and Heather were great hosts and the accommodation was spotless and great value. The eggs, cakes, fresh bread and breakfast were really nice touches. We stayed for a week at Cowslip Cottage in the beautiful, secluded village of Levisham. The cottage was lovely-spotlessly clean, very well-equipped (special mention to the gorgeous bed, more comfortable than mine at home!) and in a wonderful location-I loved that we were literally 10 minutes walk from the moors. A nice touch to have a stand with leaflets about... More

Delighted to read you had a great weeks holiday in our cottage, We try hard to make things as memorable as possible for everyone. Delighted you enjoyed our breakfast and looking forward to seeing you again soon. The table tennis and trampoline do not have an upper age limit as we are all young at heart!! More
