Far away from the tourist scenes of St Moritz and Davos, this small family-owned and operated hotel was a special find, Salouf lies above the valley with the town of Savognin which has a couple of good restaurants and a wonderful cheese factory and store. Being from Malaysia, it was our first performance in Switzerland. The hotel offers well furnished studios and flats (we hat a 3 1/2 room flat) in a very qiet, relaxing and agreeable setting off the beaten track.
