Switzerland isn't cheap which explains why a bottle of basic wine is £28. That said the hotel food was excellent and the owners very helpful with their advice. The free pass for all transport in the valley was a welcome bonus. The hotel is of fairly recent construction but the bathroom looks a little dated. This is an observation rather... More

Friends and welcoming. Helène an Patrick are wonderful hosts. Great food and breakfast. Wifi good downstairs only. Cosy room but great view and terrace balcony. Brilliant place. Quiet in June but why? Flowers are magnificent. Magical place. Don't tell everyone🌸🌸

The Hotel Beausite was perfect for our trip to the mountains. The rooms were very well presented, fresh and clean - with the addition of lovely balcony with great views. The hotel includes an underground car park and lift so was ideal for my less mobile parents. The family who run the hotel were very pleasant - very nice welcome and... More

We had a wonderful 3 days in this lovely hotel. We were given a very friendly welcome - perhaps this hotel being run by a very capable family is the secret of its success. We had a lovely room with balcony with amazing views over the valley to the mountains beyond. We were on half board and the dinner was... More

We liked this hotel for the welcoming, situation and view, as well as for the accomodation and service. Everything was done in order to please us, the Salamin family are what you can expect from an hotelier background. Certainly, a place to be recommended.

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute. The hotel was comfortable and the Salamins made us so welcome. We were on a half board package which included a delicious 4 course meal every evening. The food was of a very high standard, interesting and using many local products. The walks in the area are fantastic and the flowers... More

We stayed here for a second time based on the happy experience of our visit about five years ago in the same hotel. (We first stayed in St Luc on our honeymoon 50 yrs ago but that hotel had since become a young persons holiday home.) We can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The Salamin family are very friendly and... More

We have been staying here for years during the ski holidays. The Beausite is emblematic of the ski station Saint Luc. It's well-constructed, well-maintained, very pleasant without being at all commercial. It meets all of your needs. The rooms are clean, quiet and quaint. Everything works perfectly. The food is exceptional for the price, and the owners are very concerned... More

We stayed in this hotel while doing a self-guided backpack trip from Chamonix to Zermatt known as the Hiker’s Haute Route. [Note: St Luc is a little off the Hiker’s Haute Route, but it was snowing in the high country and we needed to be down valley]. The hotel has a modern look inside and out and so it lacked... More

Hotel Le Beausite is a small family run hotel, but the young man who checked me in and waited on me at dinner was so friendly and enthusiastic I assumed he was part of the family. The rooms facing the valley have balconies with spectacular views. Those on the other side have a view of some trees. Being single, you... More
