This was the hotel our cycling group stayed before we cycled over the great Saint Bernhard Pass. The hotel was opposite the main railway station but there was no noise from the railway station as the trains were few and far between. The rooms were OK and the evening (half pension) dinner was very good.

We had a comfortable room with a couch. The hotel was old but was close to the train. The breakfast was very limited with machine coffee. Overall it was suitable for one night. The main highlight was the view of the alps from the window.

We stayed here as part of our TMB trek and found the place comfortable and friendly. The room that we got was in a back building, it was average size, comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to fulfill specific requests that I made. The breakfast was simple but enough for us. Wifi... More

It's old, it's rustic and it's miles away from Verbier where we were doing our skiing. The rooms were functional and clean, but the TV was ancient and the shutters were slamming all night when the wind was blowing a gale. Noise from the outside gets in very easily, and having the station parked across the road is a pain... More

Stayed here for one night with some friend during Tour du Mont Blanc by bike. The hotel is in front of the train station, in the centre of the town. The building is old and, from outside, it didn't give us a good idea, but at the end we were very happy. Our rooms were in a new dependance, they... More

I chose this hotel because it was one of the few options in the villages up to the St. Bernard pass. It is located 100m from the small train station in Orsieres and it has easy car access and parking. My first impressions were not so good: after parking my car, I went to the front of the building and... More

We stayed here at the end of a cycle ride across Switzerland. It is an old station hotel at a terminus that still exists but sees little traffic. You change here off the train for the bus to the St Bernard Pass. The cafe is a centre for locals as well a tourists, the restaurant good and the rooms are... More
