In an on-line search for a hotel with reasonable rates in the western Loire region, we came across Le Castel in Brissac-Quince and are so glad we did! The hotel is in the centre of Brissac Quince (which is very small anyways), it has a nice garden with tables and chairs where you can have breakfast or just relax during the day. We stayed in this little 2 star hotel in June while on a touring holiday in the Loire and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice.
