I had a lovely stay at Villa Tiboldi and would stay there again. The family owned villa feels more like an intimate upscale home versus a typical hotel. And that's what I loved about it. I had a well appointed room in the main villa looking out to the front of the villa facing the wine vineyards. The room was... More

We have been at Villa Tiboldi a couple of years ago, - and still regard the agriturismo as one of the hidden gems in Italy... The setting- in the middle of the vineyards - with the stunning views, the lunches (and dinners) on the terrace - and not to forget; - a glas of Malvira Arneis on the top of... More

We stopped at the villa, as part of a Butterfield & Robinson's bike tour through Piedmont. The resplendid vineyard view from the estate is not easily forgotten. After all, only after surviving the harrowing climb up a steep hill complete with switch-backs and narrow cliff-side driveway, does the dramatic Piedmontese landscape, be fully appreciated. On the top of the villa... More

the villa has character and is of a high standard. we stayed in a junior suite which was very large. the car park has a steep downward slope to it which isn't suitable for very low sports cars but we parked do in front of the hotel. the villa is located high above the road and the sign for the... Great people, amenities, food, wine and location. Somehow this place manages to offer a perfect mix of modern and classic. The food is creative while, in a classic style, they still provide two menus: one with prices for men, one without prices for women (or in this case I should say "ladies"). The waiters can joke around, while also being... More

My parents have been to Villa Tiboldi several times over the past years and in 2013 they decided to take us with them. Our room was amazing (Junior Suite) and the view is breath taking. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and also the typical piemontese restaurant for dinner. I would definitely go there again. It is definitely a good starting... More

There's no denying that this intimate country estate perched on a hillside outside of Canale has a spectacularly peaceful and beautiful setting. Unless you get one of the rooms in the main villa, however, you're likely to be disappointed, since the 'comfort' here is correct but rustic, and there's absolutely zero service. Reception is more interested in processing new reservations... More

Location - pretty accessible to Barolo, Turin, Alba etc. Room - good size, generally clean with basic amenities (no facial tissue), had to ask repeatedly for top up of toiletries (only one item per guest). Service - slightly impersonal for such a small hotel that only warmed up a bit more in our last (4th) day. Staff only made conversation... More

The place is surrounded in wine fields, its a place where you can relax by the pool and taste wonderful wine from MALVIRA plus the menu in restaurant is in top level. Breakfast included in roomprice and breakfast has a lot of italian things to choose from. One of the best places I have stayd/been in Piemonte area and strongly... More

The rooms are very spacious and with a view over vineyard you have everything you need. Pool area is great and staff is very friendly making you feel very welcome. Food is excellent with wines from its own produce. A wine tasting is highly recommendable. The place is also very good for paying a visit to Barolo, Asti and Alba.
