The hotel is small and charming in keeping with the Relais & Chateau image. You will not be disappointed. Everything is perfect from the new infinity pool to the honour bar beside it you cannot want anything else.A must stay if they have room.

After staying in a motorhome for a week, the night in the Louise was a real treat! Already the arrival at the Louise is special: the hotel is located in the middle of vinyards. The rooms are big and nicely done and have everything you would expect in a five star hotel. The infinity pool overlooking vineyards is amazing. We... More

We appreciate that you and your friends truly enjoyed our vineyard setting as well as the new infinity pool, placed to take advantage of seasonal views across the vines that you've mentioned. Your description of dinner at Appellation as outstanding is a wonderful compliment to a restaurant staff who endeavour to prepare a memorable dining experience for our guests, seven... More

The Louise has to be one of the most premium accommodations we've stayed in this region. The beds are cosy and comfortable and the view of the winery is quite relaxing. A great food and wine destination and the staff is absolutely great and welcoming. We stayed at room 32 and would highly recommend that. Small touches like scented candles... More

I am so pleased when a guest thoughtfully mentions enjoying our spa tub candles and rubber duckie, touches we've hoped would provide a special welcome to guests such as yourselves. Thank you for recommending The Louise as the premium accommodation in the Barossa which is, we definitely agree, a great food and wine destination for a relaxing couples' getaway. Please... More

This place is a very special and proomised everything as advertised. Beautiful rooms, lots of attention to detail with superb finish. High end without being over fussy. We immediately relaxed as soon as we got through the door. And the outside shower is such a nice touch too. (There is an inside shower too). 6 star ! The staff were... More

We do strive for continual attention to detail and are glad that, as a result, you were able to relax immediately upon arrival at The Louise. Your stay with us during a district power outage gave us opportunity to rise to the occasion by delivering you to another restaurant able to remain open on the evening. It was our pleasure... More

This was booked for us by Trailfinders in the UK and although we'd been advised that it would be a comfortable place to stay, this so undersold it! For a start, you'll be in the beautiful Barossa, and The Louise is equally stunning. Our room, well it was a suite really, was fabulous. Large and spacious, really well equipped and... More

Thank you for writing that you enjoyed your two night stay with us. I appreciate your mention of breakfast served in the guest suite, while watching the grape harvesting that has begun very recently in the Barossa. When I next return to the Barossa I doubt I'd stay anywhere else. Five nights were ideal. Superb in suite breakfasts at a choice of 3 different tables, 2 outside and 1 inside. Really interesting private outside shower and the whole suite was beautifully appointed. Only down sides were that the whole exterior was getting a bit "tired" with wood... More

We stayed 2 nights at this superb, boutique hotel. The suites are generously proportioned, elegant, and private.
