What a special treat. The best service we've received on home soil, a beautiful and ridiculously spacious suite, an outdoor shower, five star breakfast delivered to our door and all set amongst the breathtakingly spectacular vineyards of the Barossa. Thank you for having us Jim.

Vineyards all round, setting sun into the patio, cheeses and a 2004 Dom Perignon while kicking back waiting to dine at The Appellation. Now that's a birthday treat. We were on a one night package ($600) but that included brekkie and $210 towards the cost of dinner at the Appellation at the Louise. The rooms were front patio with outdoor... More

We had suite 23, I was sharing with a girlfriend, so they made 2 single beds. The suite has a lovely cozy feel to it. Separate luggage/ wardrobe area. Beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating, had a bose stereo system. Nespresso machine, all very nice. Would not rave about the restaurant Appealation, I think a bit over rated for what it... More

A group of 10 of us stayed for 2 nights. The degustation dinner at the Appellation restaurant was great. Service was great and they arranged breakfast for the 10 of us in the largest suite. I would recommend staying here as long as you have a car to get around the area. For the nights you want to dine elsewhere... More

As friends we were looking for an indulgent evening in fine accommodation with beautiful food to match in celebration of a special friends weekend when touring around the Barrossa and we found it all at The Louise and Appellation restaurant. From the moment we arrived in the car park greeted by a staff member offering to help us in with... More

A gorgeous hotel in a terrific location. Our suite was absolutely beautiful, with everything you could hope for in a hotel room. The restaurant was amazing with a terrific menu and an incredible wine list, and the staff were so knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone - absolutely perfect.

Spent a couple nights of nights here in a lovely suite. The location is pleasant and set with vineyard views. The facilities of the hotel are beautifully presented and well laid out within a central area. As well as the reception area there is a shop, various places to sit, a bar and restaurant. There is also a gym. A... More

We were fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to spend 2 nights at the Louise is a private suite. The rooms are stunning and beautifully designed. They are like a small townhouse. There is a TV in the lounge room, bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is luxurious and a large bath, enormous shower and an outdoor shower which adds... More

We stayed at The Louise as it was the nicest place to stay in the Barossa region. The hotel is nice with most rooms offering nice views of the vineyards surrounding the property. The reception area however is not what you would expect at a hotel of this status (being part of the Luxury Lodges of Australia). It is a... More

Beautiful rooms and the Appellation dining was fantastic. Great service and staff. Happy to recommend this venue to all our friends for that special night away. If you do enjoy quality food a booking at the Appellation is a must.
