Traditional onsen hotel with historical feel Pros: - very helpful and friendly staff, true profession - multiple onsen, public and private - food is delicious, although not a "wow" - private dinning room Cons: - Wifi at lobby only

The food is excellent: fresh ingredients prepared thoughtfully, balancing texture, taste and color ; all arranged carefully on different dishes of harmonizing color and shape. We booked two rooms for 5 people and had the "3" plan for meals for two nights - which is two steps up from the regular menu.
