The hotel is located at the end of the beautiful white sand beach. All the hotel rooms have stunning views over the beach and the ocean. They have the outdoor onsen which is also overlooking at the beach and the ocean. The food is served in the private rooms on 2nd floor. They labeled our family name at the dinning... More

This hotel is located right next to the ocean and thus the look outside the window was stunning. Staff was very friendly. Not many of them were English speaking though. Between hotel and the sea there is a nice playground which our toddler liked. The onsen were also quite nice, the food was tasty and nicely presented. Perfect two stay... More

I didn't know this hotel chain and it has been a really pleasant surprise! I can without doubt this hotel it's the best we visited during our stay in Japan. The service has been amazing: the personnel has been very kind and always ready to assist and help with anything. We booked a room with also western style bed and... More

What a great Japanese experience we had here. We decided on a special treat and booked a Japanese-Style Deluxe Room which has two spacious rooms, an indoor balcony and two bathrooms. Futons were set up every evening. The booking comes with a yummy Japanese Style breakfast and we enjoyed various kinds of fish, miso soup, rice, salads... My kids are... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in late September, - which is out of season for this resort, and we were hoping for good weather, and we were not disappointed. Even for late September, the weather was hot. The only down side is that the town itself was very quiet, with only a handful of restaurants open and the town’s only... More

I stayed there with my family for 2 nights. All staffs are very friendly and showed typical Japanese hospitality. The reception manages to communicate adequately in English and are very helpful. When asked about bus trips, her immediately printed out the whole schedule and gave directions. Other staffs could barely speak English but were very sincere. We were in half... More

We stayed here for one night at the low season , the town is quiet and the beach is beautiful. View from the window is the highlight as all other guests has already mentioned. Nicely maintained property situated in a central location yet on a gorgeous beach. We stayed on the top floor and had nice in room dinner when... More

I recently spent the weekend at this lovely hotel after a business trip in Japan. Upon check in, I was greeted warmly, and then escorted to a lovely Japanese style room with a view of the lovely beach. I was the only westerner in the hotel, and each and every of the hotel's wonderful staff, looked out for me, treating... More

Once we enter the room, we just simply say "Wow" to the spectacular view of the beach outside the big windows. The white sandy beach with the slide facilities in the nearby park has occupied our two young kids for the whole afternoon. It is very convenient that we can access the beach through a private path of hotel. The... More

This is one of few De Luxe hotels which welcome solo tourist in Nanki Shirahama. My room was spacious with ocean view. The two large baths are both gorgeous, although oceam view bath, which is better of the two, is reserved for ladies in the afternoon and at night. Men can use it only in the morning. Location of the hotel is... More
