We wanted to end our holiday nice and relaxed and we stayed here for three nights - which was enough. We wanted a western bed, and this was the only hotel in the area with western rooms. The rooms are spacious with a nice view of the bay. The weather wasn't great when we were there but we were happy to... More

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting our son who lives in Japan. The rooms are spacious with great views over the bay, even if 80s style (we even had a Nintendo super famicon in the room). It was peak season and we were one of the few staying without a young family. Language was not a problem to us... More

This is a very good hotel in good condition, geared to families. If you want the beach for more than a day or two, then this is not the place for you as you will need a car or taxi to get there as the walk is too long. The hotel has enough in it to occupy a few days:... More

Full service hotel. Very spacious rooms with balconies. Room interior look quite 80's, with large floral pattern carpet. However everything is in top shape. Spectacular panoramic view over the bay and the hotel ground. Bathroom is the weak spot, dimly lit and small compared to the room. English at the front desk varies from passable to good. I booked a... More

Stayed for 3 nights in November 2013, which was evidently very out of season and as a result the hotel and resort felt deserted. We were given a room on the 9th floor. The room was huge, a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The pool and the outdoor onsen were nice and lovely experience, although be warned that men... More

This was my second stay at the Coganoi Bay Hotel. It is comfortable, has wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean and most wonderful of all is the onsen experience here. Upon arriving we put on the yukatas (cotton kimonos) and slippers that were provided, we wore them to dinner in the hotel and then after dinner went to the onsen.... More
