Lemme start with the minuses. The room was small and it harbored a smoker before we arrived. That's it. Everything else was perfect. What's best about this hotel is many rooms have a small, private outdoor bath...they also have several larger private baths which you can reserve and come complete with fresh orange juice (although you have to make it yourself.) This Ryokan is located hidden in Noto. I took by bus from Kanazawa and let pick up. There is famous hot spring in cave, it's so special.
