This hotel is located beside the Toya Lake. I stay there in December 2014. The lobby looks good (I know they just renovate it). There are 4 elevators for using to your room. Normally I think every room in this hotel can see the Toya Lake view same like my room (please see the picture). The room is old but... More

We booked this hotel despite some bad reviews because they have great view and we simply wanted to give this hotel a try - everybody deserve a 2nd opinion. However, we had a rude shock when we checked in, the hotel was undergoing renovation, There were no porter to help, they made no apology for the inconvenience caused, the staff isn't... More

One of good hotel we like that have huge size room (2x western bedding plus tatami area). The room inside is very nice fitted. Part of the hotel is in renovation. So it takes a bit walk from front desk to the room. The spring spa area are good and has in door pool. Since it is located at end... More

The hotel is huge. The dining area looks like a huge mess hall. Buffet food is okay. We stayed here during fall so the view from my hotel room took my breath away. The room itself was old and smells of cigarette smoke. Furniture was tacky. The view very much compensated for the room. At night, there were fireworks. The... More

It was great to stay in this hotel since they provide good service and they have many types of facilities too. Fantastic buffet dinner & breakfast in the large, roomy Palaccio restaurant with a nice view of the lake.

A large resort hotel. Nice public swimming pool with waterslide and various wading pools. Great for kids. Great hot onsen baths. WIFI available only in the lobby, an especially long walk if you had a room such as 1x66. They serve a really nice buffet breakfast in the large, roomy Palaccio restaurant with a nice view of the lake.

This is a 5 star hotel and resort. The best features in this resort are: 1. Large hot spring (Onsen) pools and bath. It has several round pools of hot water; one pool is very cold water (20deg or less). 2. If you like hot spring this is the place. The hotel is also on the Lake Toya with fantastic... More

I was wowed by photos online and was not disappointed when I arrived at the huge hotel, which has a great location right on Lake Toya, the main attraction in the small town. The spacious rooms come with a big window which overlooks the lake, a most pleasant sight. Hotel feels luxurious with helpful concierge staff on standby and there... More

This is a large and fairly modern resort on the shores of the largest greater lake in Hokkaido. Aside from spectacular views across the lake this resort has absolutely nothing to boast about. It was crowded, noisy and of poor quality in all aspects. Where to start? I guess at point of arrival. Once you arrive and unload you luggage... More
