You need to be happy with an actual key to open your room door. And, you only have one key to share if there are more than one person in the room. The hotel does not provide an extra key. English may be an issue if you don;t speak English. However, the staffs provide excellent service. The room A/C is... More

The room is really clean and the bed is so comfortable. We got beautiful views of the beach and aqua ocean from our room. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Love to lay by the swimming pool, so relaxing. The private beach and the church are amazing. It's a pity we did not have much time staying in the hotel... More

I wouldn't agree with the previous review there - it's definitely worth it's money and the staffs there were very attentive. It's a hotel in Japan after all, so you would have to expect breakfast buffet to be quite mediocre - in the sense that they would have everything from pancakes to curry. And I also learnt that it's quite... More

Its rooms are OK but poorly sound isolated- avoid any room near a balcony. The staff are incompetent- the porter lost our bags as we came into the hotel so we wasted a couple of hours as they found the bags. The breakfasts provide mediocre food whether Western or Japanese and dinners are expensive- we ate out every night- some... More

This hotel has beautiful views of the beach and aqua ocean. The service is fantastic. The breakfast buffets were amazing. The whole place is very family friendly. Just note that the beach isn't the greatest for swimming because there's a lot of coral in the sand and under the water. But I'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed here in June 2014. It's a nice place that seemed like it'd be great for a family. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was spacious and nice, breakfast had a great selection of western and Japanese foods. It's in a great little bay full of amazing fish and no waves to speak of. There are precariously balanced giant volcanic... More

We are paying $400 per night just for a room. To go into the "relaxation pool" is over $10 per adult and $5 per child. Plus the food is very expensive. I bought a little slice of cake for almost $10. So basically the $400 is just for a room which isnt all that great. The beds are a twin... More

We enjoyed two nights at the hotel. I don't know Japanese, but all staffs are trying the best to communicate with me. And it's impressed they called a foreign staff who helped translation. In addition, the hotel provides a lot of facilities and activities. Different kinds of cuisines are provided at hotel. The price is reasonable and it tastes good... More

We really enjoyed this hotel, it was a bit small for 1 adult and 2 children but with an amazing view. The water was cold but kids enjoyed the indoor pool very much as well as the crafts activities. The best part were the restaurants, excellent food and service, all of them! I just wished people would speak better english,... More

Stayed for two nights to attend a wedding in the church next door The service, cleanliness of this hotel was outstanding. Right from the moment we arrived until the time we left all the staff were polite friendly and so very helpful, I cannot praise the service here enough. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, do they every stop cleaning, I doubt... More
