We visited our Marine corp son/daughter in law & 1st grandchild stationed in Okinawa & spent the last 7 nights at this location. The hotel is beautiful, very family friendly & geared to families with children. There are many activities to do at the hotel although we really didn't partake in them. Swim with Dolphins, indoor pool with neat slides,... More

I think this hotel was ridiculously overpriced. We paid just slightly less for this hotel than the Treetops Rotorua Pheasant Cottage, twice as big. The toilet colour scheme was ridiculous and though the beds were soft I'd consider something else next time.

It was a nice hotel for 3 days break. Located on the West Coast near several other hotels. Stayed in Mariott some years ago but Renaissance seemed better location right on a nice beach with most rooms having balcony and good view. Good service overall (asked where to buy an English newspaper and had one delivered to the room next... More

Easy drive from airport via local 58 hwy, no tolls and chance to see restaurants, etc. Took 1hr 10min at 1500 on a Monday. About 15min north of Kadena AFB. Stayed 4 nights, Mon - Fri and got Club Savvy, which gets you breakfast at choice of restaurants, lunch at couple options, onsen, juice / reading lounge (Savvy lounge, no... More

The staff, as all Japanese business are very polite. The property was clean. The resort itself is fantastic. However by patroning this resort you are inadvertently fueling the dolphin drive in Taiji. For me this in unacceptable.

I will start by saying the hotel is better than most Japanese hotels and most of the staff are nice and friendly, but as for a foreigner visiting Japan you need to know that many people are very inflexible, some times you laugh it off and other times you really get mad ( this happened several times in this hotel... Me and my husband went here today for our pre-wedding anniversary. We had lunch in Four Season Restaurant. All the staffs in the restaurant are friendly and very tentative. The weather was unpredictable. It was cloudy and drizzling when we were on our way there but after we had our lunch, the greyness felt just as lovely but then blue... More

I think it is the closest and most decent resort hotel past the hustle and bustle of the cities of Okinawa. Although there are resort hotels which are relatively closer from the airport, those hotels are still within the residential and business districts. If your trip involves business within the Prefecture’s capital, Naha, then it would do good to book... More

First resort you will encounter as you enter Onna-son resort area on Route 58 from Naha. I have stayed in almost all the resorts in the Onna-son resort area and this resort is on par with the best of them with the exception of the Ritz-Carlton. However, with other resorts in Onna, it is also aged. There is a huge... More

We stayed the last week of October and enjoyed it thoroughly! This was definitely a little bit of luck with the weather because it is the end of the Typhoon season there, and we had perfect warm weather and blue skies. Also, this meant the hotel wasn't up to capacity which helped make this a great experience. We arrived for... More
