We had a fabulous stay at the Hakuba Springs Hotel last weekend. The room was well appointed and spacious. We enjoyed the wide range of choice at the breakfast buffet and had several wonderful visits to the onsen baths. You are a short walk to one ski resort and within reach of many others, making this a great location. The... More

Awesome place to stay, staff are friendly and really helpful. Willing to go out their way to help. Great spot with easy access to all the mountains. Bus station is close and the area in which it is located is great

We did a mid March family skiing trip to Hakuba. I was worried that the snow might be gone, but there was still plenty for skiing. We stayed at Hakuba Springs for 6 nights and really liked it. The room was spacious, although the bathroom was tiny. It was all very clean and the staff were lovely. They spoke English,... More

Springs Hotel was a good choice for the missus and I in terms of location and comfort. Prior to arrival, I was in communications with the Hotel Group staff to clarify details on the location and hotel. The responses I received from "Pete" were helpful and informative. Our twin room had more than enough floor space to spread our ski... More

The reason why one will visit Hakuba is to go skiing or snowboarding. Should there be other agendas, that would be to do other tourist stuff like visiting the snow monkey park, Zenko-ji Temple, etc. If this is your purpose for going to Hakuba, this is the perfect hotel for you. This hotel is located walking distance to shops/rental places... More

Stayed here for 8 nights in early March 2015 for skiing. Front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Acted as translators for us in making bookings for eating out and other adventures and very obliging, courteous, polite and smiling people who loved to interact with we Aussies. The Onsen, while not an outdoor experience is very conveniently located within... More

We had 9 nights at this hotel. It is centrally located, you can walk to lifts and many restaurants. The staff are incredible - nothing is a problem, they organise everything for you including restaurant reservations, day trips. The rooms are great comfortable beds good sized rooms - rather large for Japan. Bathroom is tiny but Ibsen downstairs has amazing... More

We fly into Narita airport late at night then delayed and finally caught a bus to the Hotel, arrived about 2am and we were met by a very friendly person who stayed up waiting for us. He was very helpful and pleasant. The bedroom was great, very comfortable bed, great breakfast, close to the ski lifts, given free shuttle to... More

We stayed at Hakuba Springs for 6 nights in February 2015. The hotel is in a very central location, only a 5 minute walk to the bus terminal and approximately 10 minute walk (with all your gear) to the nearest Gondola. Spicy rentals is next door which was very convenient. Upon arrival we made use of the complimentary hotel pickup... More

My wife and I stayed for Christmas and New Year with our son and his girlfriend, they came from Perth and we from the Uk. Comfortable hotel in a good location not far from the bus station to allow you to get to the slopes and other resorts. Some buses stopped at the hotel. The breakfasts were great, lots of... More
