Such a fantastic stay. Hotel staff are friendly and go out of their way to help, the rooms are clean, only a short walk to the ski slopes and an onsite onsen. Would recommend asking for a soft pillow as the original one us hard with rock like beads in the bottom of them.. Will definitely be returning next trip.... More

Firstly a few small niggles. WIFI is pretty poor we had to connect in the hallway and secondly there is not really a drying room . Having said that lots of positives 1. Staff were exceptional always wanting to help and go beyond expectations 2. Location was excellent 200m from Happo One lifts , near lots of restaurants and adjoining... More

I stayed for a night in January at the Springs Hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient, a short walk to Happo one. Shuttle buses run from and to the hotel to some ski slopes, including Hakuba 47, Iimori, Goryu, Escal Plaza. Across the hotel, is a rentals shop "Spicy Rentals" where we can get our ski equipment.... We (family of 3) stayed at Hakuba Springs for 5 nights. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the village and barely 5 minutes walk to the Hakuba Happo Bus station. There is a good ski rental shop (Spicy Rental) across the hotel, restaurants are aplenty, convenient stores a few minutes walk and a good and friendly ski... More

The hotel is well located and central. Onsen was really great after a day skiing. The rooms were large but the bathroom was so small and in functional. There was a constant smell of kerosene throughout the hotel wafting up from the boiler room. Breakfast was cold every morning, eggs, mushrooms, bacon, spinach etc. We complained as did all the other guests... More

Great location!! Lovely service!! Manager and front staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The Onsen was nice but could be open a bit later in the morning. The hotel has a nice restaurant 'Sharaku' attached which recently opened and has good food. Very convenient location right in the village with convenience stores... Ski shops and restaurants around.... More

Although the Resort has minimal to offer as a Resort Name, it does have the Pub "Jacks " next door if your wanting more than a vending machine for a late snack. The Onsens here are naked male only or naked female only if your wondering. The indoor Hotspring Onsen is perfect after skiing/snowboarding all day. The room was clean,... More

Family stayed here for 5 nights in January for a ski trip, hotel was in a good location but don't expect a classy hotel, everything is just average, room, TV, bathroom and breakfast. We did love the onsen but wished they were open a bit earlier. Don't count on getting clothes washed in a hurry, the machines take forever to... More

This was our second stay at The Springs hotel with our now 5 and 7 year old boys. The hotel is clean and professionally run with patient, friendly and very helpful staff on the front desk. We stayed in the family room which was just big enough to give the kids a little area to set up lego without getting... More
