We went here just for the Onsen experience after a day skiing. Traditional Onsen with outside hot spring bathing. The water is muddy and full of natural minerals and the view across the valley to the high mountain range is stunning. Go there late in the day to enjoy the crispness of the air and the sun setting on the... More

We stayed for one night in early February and as long as you know what to expect, this is heaven. 1. The hotel -- this is a 50-year-old traditional ryokan. The hotel is 1,280m above sea level. We reached at sunset and the view was breathtaking. We could not resist... More

We checked in on the 8th August for 1 night. We have twin beds while others with 3 and 4 sharing slept on tatami. The room looked old, chair cushions were stained and furnishings old. Neither air conditioner nor an electric fan was provided in the room. We could only open 1 leaf of window with netting. Indeed, it's high... More

They took some food to there to enjoy hot spring and great view. I went there with my mom, it did the most beautiful view in my this hokkaido trip. The restroom is not... More
