Stayed here in November so we could do the zip wire and go walking in the surrounding mountain s the next day. We stopped in the green room which had a huge comfortable bed and an all singing, all dancing shower in the en suite. The breakfast on both mornings was v v tasty and cooked to order and left... Warm welcome received by Brian. Beaufiul clean, fresh room. Tea and coffee available in room. Robes were a nice touch but necessary as the bathroom/toilet was across the landing. Great bath and shower, tried both as they both looked amazing. Faultless breakfast, everything supplied and cooked lovely. Perfectly located for our visit to Zip World, less than 10 minutes away.... Stayed here with a group of friends following the three peaks challenge. The owner was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

Lovely house, comfortable rooms, the owner is always around for local information. Great breakfasts. Just be aware if booking through a third party that you need to choose a specific room. Unfortunately I missed that and we had to change rooms after our first night, which we were advised of prior to arriving.

This was an unexpected and much appreciated find, close to both Bangor (for work) and Snowdonia (for pleasure). We were shown to the "outhouse" round the back of the house, where we found ourselves in a lovely self-contained unit comprising 3 separate spaces, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, with everything that you would need for a relaxing and comfortable stay, with tasteful... We stayed here for two nights and had a lovely time. Very relaxing, very clean, with comfy big beds and a scrumptious breakfast - thanks to Bryan for a lovely stay, we will definitely be returning. The area is outstanding and not far from Anglesey which we loved and even closer to Zipworld which was our main reason for visiting... More
