We recently stayed for the fourth time in four years. We love it here. It is the perfect place to chill by the pool in a kind of true peace that is beautiful to experience. Apart from the odd fighter jet racing overhead (1 per day at most) the atmosphere is bliss with a wonderful blend of sights, scents and... More

We recently stayed for a most enjoyable week. Mother and daughter team are very good and love to laugh .Nemo the head waiter is so helpful and the daily " half board" menu is consistently good with more than enough to eat and delicious seafood . The Bosco wine is excellent but go steady on the 17 percent non-no red... More

Just spent 3 nights at their annexe Strazzati (there was no room at the Bosco) and the rooms were actually nicer than the Bosco. Had one dinner at the Bosco which was OK. The staff are extra friendly- they all seemed to know my name within 1 hour. I very much liked the laid back atmosphere and would stay here... More

Pushed very strongly by Long Travel for its food and location. Alas didn't live up to expectations (due in the main to a very overbearing head waiter and formulaic eating arrangements which we and fellow guests found detracted from the whole property ambience and eating experience overall). Our room was at Masseria Bosco (annexe to the main hotel). Bar and... More

This lovingly restored stone Masseria or farmhouse is amid olive groves in a very peaceful setting. The grounds have been thoughtfully laid out to provide attractive amenities with a stunning pool and plenty of outside seating to eat and relax. The staff did everything they could to make our stay there feel special and there was a really friendly atmosphere... More

We stayed in Masseria Strazzati which is a beautifully restored annex a short drive from Masseria Bosco the main building. Wonderful time. Wonderful place. Wonderful people. Wonderful food. Wonderful Long Travel for recommending and arranging. ( Even our anniversary cake was wonderful!! ) Would certainly recommend this "hotel".

We stayed here for 12 days in mid September 2013. Had a great time with very good facilities, very friendly and professional staff. Good for local sandy beaches and cultural centres like Lecce. Converted farmhouse, set in 100,000 olive trees. Half-board menu changes every night - we didn't eat out once! Well organised by Long Travel. You need a car.... More

This masseria has a fantastic pool, great rooms full of character and lovely and helpful staff. The breakfast selection is adequate rather than special but evening meals are superb, but be warned the half board option includes 4 courses, we only ordered 3 after the first evening. As other reviewers have suggested there is not a lot to do in... More

Masseria Bosco, which is family owned and run, is a delightful hotel in the middle of acres of olive trees and vines. Our room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable although a little dark, the staff were most helpful and the food at breakfast and dinner good. However, there was no service at the pool until after lunch, lunch was... More

We enjoyed out stay, especially the combination of casual luxury found. Staff were helpful, the nearby beaches were surprisingly lovely with fine yellow sand not often found in Italy. Swimming pool hats were a hoot! There is not a lot to do close by and road journeys slow and laborious with the small regional roads, but none the less it was... More
