Not long arrived and found the staff to be friendly, great position plus bonus of being able to book skiing trip on a daily basis which gives great flexibility. We had our money stolen from the room, and nothing was done about. The main manager Eric, did absolutely nothing, but instead he called us liars. It absolutely ruined our holiday and we will never return, nor recommend it to anyone. Worst experience ever.

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from 4 major ski lifts. The ski room backs out onto the piste so it's hard to get a better location.
