Khaya Umdani had everything we needed for our vacation. Louise was great with all the details and arranged for us to take two safaris into Kruger Park which were the highlight of our stay. The housekeeper and yardman were on top of all our messes, cleaning up several times a day as required. We had a couple of requests and... More

We had an awesome family and friends Christmas vacation at Khaya Umdani. The house itself is perfect for a large group of people and has everything you need for a long vacation. All rooms are nice and big, every room has A/C. There is also a very friendly daily cleaning service which is a great plus. The location really makes... More

Allister House - good accommodation and well located house. The boma set-up is good and the pool really helped to cool down after a day in the game reserve. The house is comfortable and well-maintained. The one thing that was unpleasant was the fact that there were no built-in cupboards in the main bedrooms, only loose standing ones with sliding... We enjoyed our stay at 677 Hornbill in Marloth park. The house is adequately equipped with everything you should need for a short stay. The wildlife roaming next to the house was a bonus as well as enjoying a cool down in the swimming pool. Some recommendations to the caretakers. The unit requires a thorough cleaning, we found most of... More

My husband, myself and our daughter (age 2 at the time) stayed here for two weeks at the end of July into August. We had an amazing time! Louise was a wonderful host and arranged both a safari and walking tour that we were able to go on with our daughter. She answered every question that we had and made... More

We've been in the Khaya Romantica for three days. The house is a 4 en-suite bedroom, very well managed by our host Louise, and it's the perfect accommodation for families who are looking for luxury just one step away from the South Kruger. The estate is bordering the Kruger, so that you can hear lions and other animals. The night... More

We had such a lovely time at Khaya Umdani and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you to Louise for everything she did for us and all her patients. I have had a few experiences in Marloth Park but this was the first time that you actually get what you see on the internet. Well done the the owners... More

A lovely house with great facilities and visiting wildlife - just what we wanted. The only downside is lack of wifi connection and we felt that the undergrowth needed a bit of clearing to allow the kudu, impala, zebra and wilderbeest to approach the garden.

We were a family group of 12 from all corners of the globe, (USA, New Zealand & South Africa) meeting together for a reunion. The house and surroundings were fabulous as well as all my dealings with Louise were great …... She couldn't have been more helpful and understanding with all our needs prior to staying there. We did have... More

The house was perfect for our group, clean, nicely decorated, and conveniently located. It was easy to find, close to Krueger, and close to groceries. The bush brai was amazing and definatly worth it!
