Two years ago my mother (89 years young) had cancer and a tumor of two kilo had to be taken out. Before the operation she said to me: "If i'll survive the operation please promise to take me back to Hotel Kaiserhof in Austria because I want to see the mountains of Berwang again. My mother survived the operation and... More

We booked this hotel as first time skiers. It is is a lovely village close to the ski fields .. I mean really close!. The village however is too quiet with a couple of 'odd' bars which seemed more apt to the locals than to foreign visitors on holiday. The service at the hotel from day 1 to the end... More

My wife and our 5 year old grandson spend a wonderful 5 days at his hotel in January. The location is really lovely - up a short hill above the village with breath- taking mountain scenery. Children are very well- catered for with an inclusive 'kindergarten' which runs all day and includes many activities. The pool is also very nice.... More

Me and my friend had been looking for a skiing holiday where we could find a good hotel that was ski to and from the door, where there were lots of quiet blue runs and that wasn't too expensive and Hotel Kaiserhof in Berwang ticked all of these boxes. Upon arrival at Innsbruck airport there was a rep waiting for... More

Lovely hotel. The family who own the hotel were very friendly and their daughter waited on our table every evening. The food was excellent and the New Year buffet was out of this world. The bar in the evening was very smoky, but that was the only downside to this hotel. The leisure facilities are a great bonus after a... More

This hotel offers a so called kaisersuite, but it is worse then a luxe room, no refrigerator, no table and chair on terras, just 18 square and a price of 112 euro per person half pension. Food is bad and buffetwise. Often things are not available. No skishoedryers.etc...Deepfrozen bread one morning, this is not 4 stars, just maybe three.
