We were on a guided hiking tour of the Cathar country, and the organizers put our group in this hotel for 2 nights. During our summer vacation we dined here twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times it was surprisingly uncrowded, service is prompt and attentive, linen table cloths, nice house wine and ice cold drinking water are nice touches.
