arrived late on scheduled check-in but we were still warmly welcomed by the staff. basic amenities are available for every room that we have occupied: toiletries, hot water, complimentary coffee and mineral water, wi-fi, a/c, cable tv - - - worth what we have paid for. and to add to that, breakfast included. located at the heart of the city,... Stayed one night, checked in at 2pm , no prior reservation Saturday before Palm Sunday.Preferred it from other places due to proximity to St. Peter's Cathedral. Got a room for one on 3rd floor which was quiet. Discounted rate for weekend. Observed ants on the ledge where the drinking glasses and coffe cups were kept, but this is typical for... More

Everything you can expect, and more! One of the best lodgings I have ever experienced. Reasonably priced, it promises clean and comfortable accommodations. In spite of its lack of an elevator, the bathroom facilities are new w/ no water interruption given that Tuguegarao is the hottest place in the Philippines. It offers free WiFi in the rooms and the coffee... More

We came from Tabuk, Kalinga and was looking for a place to stay overnight for our flight back to Manila the next day. We did not have any reservations and I chose this hotel from the list given by Dept of Toursim at the Tuguegarao Airport. Fortunately, when we checked in, there was a promo available from Friday to Saturday... More

The room I was assigned was at the very front of a busy noisy and unhealthy room.. I was told that I have to move to another bigger expensive room .i have no choice but to check out and look for another hotel. The towel was a thin dirty old one , please credit my 2 days that I paid... More

Practical furnishing. Staff helpful and willing to assist guests. Restaurant makes easy access to food.Food on the salty side. Makes available clean drinking water from a water station at the second floor hallway. Water supply adequate, toiletry replenished daily. Towels are wee tiny. Can make arrangements for local transportation.

The hotel is located a stones throw away from the chaos and noise of the city center. It is maintained well and the staff are very polite and efficient. We stayed for two nights at a De Luxe Twin room located at the hotel's annex. The room was adequately appointed and comfortable, but a bit dim for my taste. The... More

Its a nice hotel in Tugegarao city. Just a few minutes away from the airport and they pick up their guests from airport upon request. This is a few meters away from the town center compared to other hotels that are in the town center. The reception area is clean and 2 friendly and smiling hotel staff are manning the... More
