This hotel is very nice. Stuff is on high level. Room are very BIG and comfortable. A litte bit disdvantege is site locarion of Zell am See. If you have a car this is not a big problem. Our visit here is related here to IRONMAN WORLD CHAMPS 2015 in Zell am See. Very nice time here. You car rest... More

We stayed here for 5 nights on a skiing trip and we were disappointed from the start. Be careful to be placed in the modern wing as it has horrible interior and no connection to the charming wooden house which is shown on the main page of the hotel. It seems throughout the stay that the hotel is trying to... More

I visited for the ski trip, spent 6 nights. Plentiful breakfast, dinner was excellent, in some days is buffet. The staff is nice, the girl from the reception was very helpful. Rooms are big, we had a double room, but there was a sofa too Wifi - free, but with some code, so is very annoying that you have to... More

We visited here in March 2013 shortly before Easter for a ski trip. We would have rated this in between average and very good, more a 'good' if we had the option! We arrived fairly late on the Friday night and still managed to get served some food in the restaurant. The rooms were huge. Our room was the honeymoon... More

The hotel itself is on the main road into Zell am See, but we heard nothing at night (very well insulated rooms and very warm too). The only time we heard noise from the next room was when the fan in the bathroom was on. WiFi is free (although you need to get a code from the reception) as are... More

We spent in Victoria 6 days, stayed as a couple. At the beginning we asked the reception staff because we were given the room which was facing the rush main street and we preffer more quiet place. The staff looked at us like at troublemakers but finally we succeeded and got the room facing the mountain quiet side. Although the... More

We would have rated this quaint hotel 4 or higher if not for a couple of bad and embarrassing experiences. Our over all stay was quite wonderful. The young lady at reception, Bianca was terrific. Very friendly. warm and of great assistance. The room was spacious and clean and the cleaning staff were also very good and friendly. The buffet... More

Found by accident after wasting time trying to find somewhere in the tourist rip off that is Zell Am Zee. Great sauna and pool and wonderfully quirky rooms - -we had the honeymoon suite, and perfect for that romantic rekindling with its mirrors, curtains and large bath. Lovely location. Great hosts and really effective Wifi which was free. Good hearty... More
